The Site Buyer/Customer Privacy Statement describes how ZorileStore uses personal data collected or received from Site Buyers/Customers. ZorileStore may collect or receive personal data from you, (name, no identification number, location data, an online identifier, etc.) through your use of the Site in various ways.

The purpose of collecting this data consists of: informing you about the status of your orders, facilitating the ordering process through your customer account, courier services, billing, promotional activities and evaluation of goods and services, marketing and advertising activities, market research activities, monitoring and statistics on customer behaviour.

By completing the account creation and/or order form, the Buyer declares and unconditionally accepts that his/her personal data collected will be saved in the Zorilestore.ro, registered in the Register of Personal Data Processing under number 19765 and expressly and unequivocally agrees that all such personal data will be stored, used, processed temporarily (maximum 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship) and transmitted (transferred) by ZorileStore to its partners (payment processors, transport companies, marketing and advertising agencies), both in the country and abroad.

ZorileStore does not sell, rent/sell or commercialise your personal data. ZorileStore may provide your personal data only to:
- Its partners (payment processors, shipping companies, marketing and advertising agencies), who are reasonably entitled to have access to personal data;
- Government authorities and other third parties if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of us or others.

We maintain appropriate security measures for technical and organisational protection designed to protect the personal data you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

SC ZorileToys SRL applies strict security measures to protect the data managed, as well as to ensure that such data is not modified, lost, disclosed by transmission, erased or destroyed or used for other than normal purposes. ZorileStore.ro guarantees that personal and subscriber data will not be sold to any third party. Upon closing the account, within 10 days, all information associated with the account will be deleted from the database, the user will receive a final e-mail to this effect.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the original purpose for which the data was collected unless otherwise specified by law.

The Site may contain links to other sites maintained by third parties whose privacy policies and practices are different from ours. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices employed by such third parties. On the basis of an e-mail sent to contact@zoriletoys.ro you may exercise your right, free of charge, for one request per year to confirm whether or not the personal data provided by you is or is not being processed by Zorilestore. Your rights under applicable law include access to your personal data that we process the right to have such personal data updated, rectified(corrected), anonymised (pseudonymised), erased or blocked, as well as the right to refuse the transmission to third parties, free of charge, of certain data for processing activities. In order to exercise these rights, in particular for incomplete or inaccurate data, as well as to notify third parties to whom the data have been disclosed, unless such notification proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort compared to the legitimate interest that could be harmed, it is necessary to make a written ,dated and signed request using our contact details below.

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
SC ZorileToys SRL is a personal data controller registered with the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data with number 19765.

In accordance with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, SC ZorileToys SRL, informs you that your data is kept secure, collected and processed only for the determined, explicit and legitimate purpose and we have taken all technical and organisational measures to protect and secure the data.

We consider it important to protect your privacy and to be open about how we use your personal data.

Definitions:

1.1.personal data - means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (``data subject``); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

1.2.Processing - means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

1.3.restriction of processing - means the marking of stored personal data for the purpose of limiting their further processing;

1.4.pseudonymisation - shall mean the processing of personal data in such a way that they can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is stored separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person;

1.5.encryption - is the process of hiding information to make it unreadable without special knowledge

1.6.Data record system- means any structured set of personal data accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralised, decentralised or distributed according to functional or geographical criteria;

1.7.controller- means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of processing are determined by Union or national law, the controller or the specific criteria for its designation may be laid down in Union or national law;

1.8.processor - means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body processing personal data on behalf of the controller;

1.9.recipient - shall mean the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to whom personal data are disclosed, whether or not a third party. However, public authorities to whom personal data may be disclosed in the framework of a particular enquiry in accordance with Union or national law are not considered as recipients; the processing of such data by those public authorities shall comply with the applicable data protection rules in accordance with the purposes of the processing;

1.10.third party - means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, the controller, the controller's authorised representative and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or the controller's authorised representative, are authorised to process personal data;

1.11.Consent - of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's free, specific, informed and unambiguous will by which the data subject signifies his or her agreement, by an unequivocal statement or action, to personal data relating to him or her being processed;

1.12.Breach of security of personal data - means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or unauthorised access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;

1.13.supervisory authority - means an independent public authority established by a Member State

SC ZorileToys SRL as a personal data controller, has the obligation to administer in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by the customer.

Data protection principles:
- personal data will be processed in good faith and in accordance with legal provisions;
- personal data will be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes;
- personal data will be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purpose for which they are collected and further processed;
- personal data will be accurate and kept up to date; data that are inaccurate or incomplete in relation to the purpose for which they are collected and further processed will be erased or rectified;
- personal data will be kept confidential and stored in a form which permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are collected and processed.
- personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the purpose of providing services as agreed;
- data subjects have the right to request access to, rectification and erasure of personal data, to object to or restrict the processing of the data, as well as the right to data portability.

Personal data:

Personal data includes all types of direct or indirect (i.e. used in connection with other data) information that relates to the data subject, such as:

- date of birth/personal numerical code
- addresses (domicile/residence)

Collection of personal data

The data we collect may include the following:
- Name and contact details (We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, telephone number and other similar contact details)
- We collect passwords, password hints and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
- We collect data about your device and how you and your device interact with our products.
- We collect data about the features you use, the items you purchase, and the websites you visit.
- We collect data about the device and network you use to connect to our products. This includes data about the operating systems and software applications installed on your device, including product keys. They also include IP address, regional settings and language settings.

Purpose of collecting personal data

The purpose of data collection is the fulfilment of the company's object of activity, i.e. commerce, online trading, provision of goods and services. The provision of this data, which is necessary in order to ensure the accuracy of the information and the content of the documents drawn up in the exercise of the activity of our company, constitutes an obligation of the customer. Refusal to provide such data makes it impossible to honour orders.
- informing customers/buyers about the status of their Account, including the validation, dispatch and invoicing of orders, resolving cancellations or problems of any nature whatsoever relating to an order, the goods and/or services purchased;
- Sending newsletters and/or periodic alerts, through the use of electronic mail (e-mail, SMS), only if the data subject has explicitly consented.
- Market research, tracking and monitoring of sales and customer/buyer behaviour.

Also, ZorileStore.ro may provide the buyer's personal data to other companies with which it is in a partnership relationship, but only on the basis of a commitment of confidentiality on their part and only if this is necessary for the purpose of providing services according to the agreements, whereby it guarantees that such data is kept secure and that the provision of such personal information is made in accordance with the legislation in force, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment/banking, telemarketing or other service providers, provided by companies with whom we may develop joint programmes to offer our goods and services in the market, insurers.

Buyer's personal information may also be provided to the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts and other authorised state bodies, on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions and following specific requests.

Use of personal data:
- we will use personal data only for the purpose for which it was collected and will store the data only as long as necessary for the above purpose.
- We will retain customer information for as long as the customer's account is active for any of the above purposes
- we will keep records of telephone calls for as long as necessary (maximum 3 years)
- Access to personal data is strictly limited to ZorileStore.ro staff, associates who have the necessary authorisation and clearly defined need for the use of the data.

The processing of personal data is only carried out if the data subject has expressly and unequivocally consented to that processing.

Information related to the Customers' bank cards is not stored in the ZorileStore.ro website database, it is processed and used strictly by online payment service providers. ZorileStore.ro is not responsible for possible security problems of the server on which these data are stored.

Consent is not required in the following cases:
- when the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or an antecontract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract or antecontract;
- processing is necessary to protect the life, physical integrity or health of the data subject or of another person under threat;
- processing is necessary for the purposes of complying with a legal obligation of the controller;
- when processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller or in a third party to whom the data are disclosed;
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the controller or of the third party to whom the data are disclosed, provided that such interest is not prejudicial to the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject;
- where the processing relates to data obtained from publicly accessible documents, in accordance with the law;
- when the processing is carried out solely for statistical, historical or scientific research purposes and the data remain anonymous throughout the processing.

Security of processing

We will process the data securely, apply and maintain all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, accidental or unlawful alteration, modification, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network both as well as against any other unlawful forms of processing.

c. The computers from which the database of personal information is accessed are password-protected and have up-to-date antivirus, antispam and firewall protection solutions in place.

d. Printing of personal data is carried out only by users authorised for this operation and only for the purposes required by applicable laws.

Your rights

Access, portability, rectification or erasure of personal data
- Customers have the right to request at any time access to: rectification, portability, erasure or restriction of the processing of collected data.
- To keep personal data up to date, we recommend that users inform us of any changes or discrepancies.

According to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, any data subject has the right of access, the right to intervene on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to have recourse to the courts. At the same time, the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request erasure of data is guaranteed, except for data whose processing is mandatory, namely processing carried out by financial and tax services, police, justice, social security.

The company SC ZorileToys SRL, as personal data controller, has the following information obligations:
* Where personal data is obtained directly from the data subject, unless the data subject already possesses that information, the controller shall inform the data subject:
- the identity of the controller and his representative, if any;
- the purposes for which the data are processed;
- additional information, such as: the recipients or categories of recipients of the data; whether the provision of all the data requested is obligatory and the consequences of refusal to provide them; the existence of the rights provided for by this law for the data subject, in particular the right of access, the right to have the data processed, the right to have the data processed and the right to object, and the conditions under which they may be exercised;
- any other information the provision of which is required by order of the supervisory authority, taking into account the specific nature of the processing.
In order to exercise these rights, data subjects may address a written, dated and signed request to our company.

Right of access

Any data subject has the right to obtain from SC ZorileToys SRL, upon request and free of charge for one request per year, confirmation as to whether or not the data concerning him/her is being processed by it. SC ZorileToys SRL. is obliged, when processing personal data concerning the applicant, to communicate to the applicant, together with the confirmation, at least the following:

(a)information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of data envisaged and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed;

(b)communication in an intelligible form of the data undergoing processing and of any available information as to their source;

(c)information on the principles governing the functioning of the mechanism by which any automated processing of data relating to the data subject is carried out;

(d)information on the existence of the right of intervention on the data and the right to object and the conditions under which they may be exercised;

(e)information on the possibility to consult the register of personal data processing provided for by REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, as well as to apply to the court for challenging the decisions of SC ZorileToys SRL, in accordance with the provisions of this REGULATION

(2)The data subject may request the information from SC ZorileToys SRL. by a written, dated and signed request. In the request the applicant may indicate whether he/she wishes the information to be communicated to him/her at a specific address, which may also be an e-mail address, or by a mail service that ensures that the information will be delivered to him/her only in person.

(3) SC ZorileToys SRL. is obliged to communicate the requested information as soon as possible (one month at the latest) from the date of receipt of the request.

Right of intervention on the data

Any data subject has the right to obtain from SC ZorileToys SRL. upon request and free of charge:

(a) rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of data the processing of which does not comply with this Law, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;

b) anonymisation of data whose processing does not comply with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679. For intervention on the data the data subject shall submit to SC ZorileToys SRL. a written, dated and signed request. In the request, the applicant may indicate whether he/she wishes the information to be communicated to him/her at a specific address, which may also be an e-mail address, or through a mail service that ensures that the delivery will be made to him/her only in person.

SC ZorileToys SRL. is obliged to communicate the data subject's personal data as soon as possible (not later than one month) after receipt of the request.

Right to object

The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on compelling legitimate grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of data relating to him or her, unless otherwise provided by law. In the event of a justified objection, the data concerned may no longer be processed.

The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, free of charge and without justification, to the processing of data relating to him or her for direct marketing purposes on behalf of the controller or a third party or to their disclosure to third parties for such purposes.

In order to exercise his/her rights, the data subject shall submit a written, dated and signed request to SC ZorileToys SRL. In the request the applicant may indicate whether he/she wishes the information to be communicated to a specific address, which may also be an e-mail address, or through a mail service that ensures that the information will be delivered to him/her only in person.

SC ZorileToys SRL. is obliged to inform the data subject of the measures taken as soon as possible (one month at the latest) after receipt of the request, respecting the applicant's possible choice.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request that SC ZorileToys SRL. restrict the processing of your personal data in the following situations:
- if you object to the processing on the basis of legitimate interest, SC ZorileToys SRL will restrict any processing of such data until the legitimate interest is confirmed.
- if you assert that your personal data is inaccurate, SC ZorileToys SRL shall restrict any processing of such data until the accuracy of the personal data has been verified.
- If the processing is unlawful, you may object to the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of the use of your personal data.
- if SC ZorileToys SRL no longer needs your personal data, but they are necessary to defend your rights in court.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

- Customers have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of their personal data. In order to exercise these rights, data subjects may contact our company with a written, dated and signed request. - In the unlikely event that customers have suffered harm due to a violation of their rights under the Personal Data Protection Policy and SC ZorileToys SRL has not dealt with the complaint appropriately, customers have the option to submit a complaint to the higher authority ( ANSPDCP ) .

Marketing e-mails

ZorileStore has the right to send marketing emails to customers with their consent. This specific form of consent must be freely given, specifically informed and precise.

These requests are fulfilled when customers have opted in to receive marketing emails (have actively consented) by ticking the "I would like to receive ZorileStore offers, by email, post or text" section displayed when registering for a new account, subscribing for newsletters as well as in their personal account.

*By text we mean those sms-type communications sent to your mobile phone or push notifications appearing in your Chrome or Firefox browser.

Customers will always have the right to object, on request and free of charge, to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, without having to provide concrete justifications. Once the customer has expressed their objection, that customer's personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.

This policy may be updated from time to time, for example as a result of changes to relevant legislation or changes to the corporate structure within SC ZorileToys SRL.

NEWSLETTER
Within their www.zorilestore.ro member profile, a user can opt-in to receive www.zorilestore.ro newsletters. In accordance with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, www.zorilestore.ro is required to securely manage, and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide to us about yourself. By subscribing to the zorilestore.ro newsletters, the user expressly agrees to receive, in addition to the regular newsletters, notifications from zorilestore.ro about new facilities and services launched.

The personal information collected by zorilestore.ro is used for the delivery of personalised newsletter content (Name, Surname, Email). In addition, statistical information is collected about: the number of openings of a newsletter - the number of clicks for each link in the newsletter. Each member, who has opted to receive newsletters is automatically added to the list of users who will receive newsletters. Each email received contains clear unsubscribe information. The unsubscribe is performed when the user clicks on the unsubscribe link, after which the changes are instantly made in the database. Once a user unsubscribes, they will no longer receive any newsletters from www.zorilestore.ro, unless they opt back in.

In order to improve the quality of our services, we also track user activity through Google Analytics and Google AdWords. These systems only provide us with statistical data without providing information on the identity of visitors. Interaction with the systems listed above does not imply the provision of personal data on our part.
